I bought a package of five chicken breasts, because it was cheaper, to make the chicken and rice yesterday.  Unfortunately I forgot to freezer the extra chicken when I brought it home from the store.  It sat in my refrigerator for a couple of days before I made the chicken and rice.  I didn’t want to try to freeze the chicken then, chicken is almost always previously frozen, so if you wait to put it in the freezer it makes it yucky.  So tonight since I had three breasts left, I decided to cook them up.  I thought I might put some on a salad for lunch tomorrow in addition to eating some for dinner.  I saved the leftover chicken and rice for Dave.  So I sliced the chicken into thin slices.  I put some garlic salt, onion powder, parsley, and basil on the chicken. Then I heat up a pan, added a little bit of oil, then threw in the chicken. I diced up an avocado and a tomato while the chicken cooked.  When the chicken was cooked, I just served it with the avocado and tomato on top.  It tasted great!  I didn’t take any pictures because it was just a throw together meal, but next time I will
