I thought it might be helpful if  I put out a list of groceries needed to make the five dinners. It looks like a long list, but some of these are things most people already have on hand, like salt and flour, and it is for all five days worth of dinners.  I’m still working out how to do a download/print of the recipes, hope to figure that out soon.

3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 Salmon fillets – 4 ounces each

1 Ten ounce Sirloin steak

1 can Re-fried beans

1 can Black beans

1 can Pinto beans

4 cans White northern beans

2 cans Green chilies

1 Carroll Shelby’s white chili kit

2 Tomatoes

2 Avocados

1 pack Shredded lettuce

1 pack Shredded cheddar cheese

1 pack Shredded mozzarella cheese

1 bag Steam fresh green beans

1 bag Steam fresh broccoli, carrot, water chestnut, pea pod mix

1 bag Steam fresh broccoli and cauliflower mix

Rice

Sour cream

Corn tortillas

1 pack of guacamole seasoning

Flour

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Salt

Italian seasoning

Dill weed

Seafood seasoning

Olive oil

Margarine
