Now that we’ve stuffed ourselves silly for a week, we need to start thinking about eating healthier again. This weeend is a bust, because it’s another holiday. More importantly for us it’s a big football weekend, so lots of food again. I think the thing to do is plan for next week. Since I have to go shopping Friday for the weekend, I’m going to make a grocery list for a five day meal plan. Monday through Friday healthy dinners. I think that’s a good place to start ( we’ll work on lunches later). Tomorrow I’ll have to decide what l’m going to make for the week. I’m already thinking that chicken chilly would be perfect to start with.
