I realized after putting up the numbers for the grilled chicken, that I had not done that for the grilled salmon.  I am a numbers person, so I like to see actual number for myself, not just be told “hey this is good for you”.  So here they are.

I grilled the salmon with margarine, so I included that, I didn’t included the spices.  This chart shows the numbers Dave and I are trying to watch and improve on.  However, it really doesn’t tell the whole story, which is so much better.  Remember salmon is a “super food” and it’s actually pretty super.  So below I included the full nutrient chart from SuperTracker  so that you can get the big picture that includes all the vitamins and good stuff in the salmon.
