If you looked at Dave’s food journal, you may have noticed that Dave eats Reese’s peanut butter cups every day. He considers this breakfast. I am not the nagging type of wife, but I did tell him he needs to think about cutting that out, or at very least back. He jokingly argued that since I had told him that nuts are healthy, peanut butter cups were health food. Ha ha ha. I showed him the numbers from the food journal again, they are not pretty. Peanut butter cups are super yummy but they are high in saturated fat at 4.5 grams per serving, not to mention the sugar.
Dave loves those things, but he has agreed to “cut back”. We will have to wait and see what that means in Dave land.
