Ok, so I know I said I wasn’t going to calculate different numbers for Dave and me, but after looking at the food journals and where we are now, I think I should try.  Here’s where we’re at (yes Dave, I’m showing it)

These are the averages I calculated from the week of food journaling.  If I base my numbers on 2000 calories I would be increasing the number and I might end up even fatter.  So I think I will have to adjust a little.  This is what I think we are going to shoot for with the numbers.

Now how to get to these numbers.  Oddly enough I thought finding out what the numbers were would be easy and figuring out how to get there would be the hard part.  It was not easy to find the numbers, let’s hope it’s a little easier to figure out how to eat a little healthier to get to these numbers.
