One of the helpful things I read on the Heart Association site was to keep a food diary for a little while so that you can figure out how bad you eat. That makes sense, I mean I know Dave and I both eat a bunch of crap food, but how bad it is. I’m not sure that even the stuff that I consider not to be junk food, may not be good for us. I’m sure Dave will be thrilled with the idea of keeping track of what he eats LOL. Since that will take a week I think I should start by trying to figure out the nutritional value of something basic, like pot roast, or spaghetti.
