It is frustrating trying figure out something that seems like it should be simple, but isn’t. This is especially true when you aren’t fascinated by the subject of food. I try to be more interested, I even watched the Food Network for a while. The cooking shows were fun, but not exactly the way to learn anything about eating healthier. The stuff they cook looks absolutely tasty, but unfortunately it also looks absolutely fattening as hell.
Then you look for “healthy” foods and you get a lot of answers, and a lot of stuff that doesn’t look tasty at all. So where is the middle ground? I need to find something between yummy cooking show recipes and tofu salad type recipes. But what is that?
Even if you try to go by the numbers, calories, fat, cholesterol, there’s a lot of different opinions and options.
