Today, I began my search for information on eating healthier.  There is a ton of information and a lot of different opinions on the subject. There are so many diets.  Besides your advertised Weight Watchers, Nutri System, Atkins, type diets there are the vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and Mediterranean type diets.  Kudos to the people they work for, but we have tried diets before and for us they may work temporarily, but in the long term not so much. The problem is they all require a huge life style change, and after we lose a few pounds or after we are sick of never eating bread, we drift back into our old way of eating.  Dave and I have already agreed that we don’t want to try another diet, been there done that.

So what am I looking for?  Well after reading through page after page, I guess I’m not really sure.  I suppose it’s asking too much to find the site that just says “Hey Jane and Dave here’s the plan for you!” or the “just regular food” site, how about the “I’m not a damn chef” site?  Since that’s not gonna happen, I guess I’ll have to suck it up and keep looking.
